My "people centered management" philosophy and culture has its genesis in the mid-1960's when I became influenced by Don Sheriff and Duane Thompson at the (then) Center for Labor and Management at the University of Iowa.

The stick figure drawings, as you can probably guess by noting how poor they are, are done by me.
